Npower are you still moving file to the new ministry? Today is 7 of February and volunteer are still begging you to pay them their January stipend....! Do you really think you are elevating them from poverty with this method of payment that runs into the the mid of a new month!!!! Npower beneficiaries are suffering and you all know it...!they are humans like you...!
