9ja which way. Recall that early January, bank charge was 10.50 naira in compliance to CBN policies.

But I wanted to do transfer today, I saw bank charge 52.50 naira from Access bank.

Most times it shows you that in error, when you actually send the money, they will him you the correct charge which may be lower than 52.5

Better report your Bank to CBN ASAP!!! Or call them first to know if it's an error from them.
