Ghana should ban Nigerians too.
MumuCountry:

Nigeria has a military? What do you mean by “major insurgency”? Didn’t you read a post on nairaland that showed Nigerian soldiers fighting boko haram drinking dirty water? Is this one an army? Ev3n the Ghana Boys Scouts are even better equipped and better trained than the nigerian army. Tweaaaaaaaa grin
Even as a Nigerian, truth must be told. GOD Bless Ghana, and all God-fearing Ghanaians. Ghanaians are truly great and free, they had the courage to chase out intruding herdsmen that planned to enslave them. Nigerians are cowards and enslaved on their own father lands. Those Nigerians that have not being to Ghana would never understand that Ghana is far superior to Nigeria in real developement. Human life in Nigeria is worthless. Wherever life has no value, has no value. No Nigerian can guaratee that he would not be killed within the next 24hours. God bless Ghana!

Why should it involve him and OBJ

He was denied visa for many years on account of money laundering until OBJ intervened

bezimo:

.. are they the ones in govt now who has failed Nigerians?

Their legacy of 8 years of ruination led us to this. Atiku's case with the US came because of stolen wealth he was trying to launder

bezimo:

Trump ban is based on the failure of present Nigerian leadership to address terrorism

Where did you read that? The ban applies to all Nigerians, so are you a terrorist as well since you're affected?

The US State Department made it very clear that it was about meeting minimum standards of sharing information to enhance FBI background checks of intending immigrants from Nigeria. This is to check the influx of criminals and terrorists who may use the Nigerian passport to enter the US. They didn't ban tourist and other visas.

No matter how you people want the narrative to suit your religious agenda, the truth is unassailable.

Make una kuku hand over Nigeria to USA now if Nigeria as a sovereign nation can't make those two statements. Some are really sick in the heads

I hate the crop of this country, the low self esteem and the lack of dignity that has eaten deep into this country is embarrassing if not people won't be wailing because a country chose not to admit you into their country,a country with working brains will sit tight and work to improve the country but not Nigerians, always willing to play victim.

seriously? Did you read the reasons for the ban? In Nigeria, it's possible for someone to commit a crime, go to jail with a fake name or simply relocate to another city and start a new life, then someday, migrate to the US. You don't think that's a serious failure of the Nigerian government?

This is what i expected Femifulani . Adeshina to come up with. Not that basic 2 essay he wrote earlier and call a reaction. I expected he would give the US government reasons to not only have Nigeria's name removed from that list, but also further strenghten relations with Nigeria.

the gap btw US and iran or north korea is also wide , but that will not make them not to challenge the nonsense US .

buhari dont even know if pig trump exist .
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-51341570?intlink_from_url=&link_location=live-reporting-story

here is buhari pledging to work with US to resolve security issues so we can be removed from that list just like Chad was removed.

you think say shoe no get size?

Nigeria will work to fix security lapses that led to a US curb on immigration from the country, President Muhammadu Buhari has said.
Mr Buhari said he wants Nigeria, Africa's most populous nation, to have "productive relations" with the US.
He has appointed a minister to lead a committee to "study and address" the new visa requirements.
Citizens from Eritrea, Sudan, Tanzania, Kyrgyzstan and Myanmar are also barred from certain types of US visas.
People from these countries will, however, still be able to visit the US as tourists.
"Nigeria remains committed to maintaining productive relations with the United States and its international allies, especially on matters of global security," presidential spokesman Femi Adesina said
.

buhari know him mate my brother.

Oga titiku must you politicize every thing all cos u lost out at d last election? Hell no. US travel ban against Nigeria should not be attributed to buhari's failure. Note previous administrations which Mr atiku was also part of failed Nigeria and Nigerians woefully. In recent times, some notorious Nigerians living in the States had painted our dear father land in a very bad light by engaging in interned related fraudulent activities. If Mr Trump has decided to bilacklist Nigeria, then it is left for our leaders to sit up and do the needful to remedy the already damaged image of our dear country Nigeria. Its our collective fault but our so called leaders has the most part of the blame.
