If u are un Lagos,go to Alagbon and do it. The price is 3-5 k depending on bargaining power. Go with your passport photograph and international passport.

I normally reside in Lagos but for the time being I am at my hometown and not in Lagos state, can this be done from a different state?

Got mine last month at alagbon for 6k...depends on how you can negotiate with them... Got it the same day
