@op, do we have intelligent voters or canvassers? An intelligent canvasser won't rejoice in the failure of the ultimate winner of the election or insult oppositions nor mock anyone over their electoral choice but work hard to convince them to buy his candidate/party view. An intelligent aspirant in electoral issues should know how to work within established structural framework to achieve his aim, that is, beyond academic and professional intelligence, they need political intelligence. |
