It was first vomited in the palm with no blood stains and later dropped in a cup with blood stains...
That’s the only miracle I see...

It's possible.
The penetration of the bullet is around the infra orbital sinus just above the palate.

Nature has its way of pushing out foreign bodies. The site is just above the palate.

Let us tend towards logic than superstitions.

I don't know about this story but dear lady, miracles can fool your earthly understand. Don't think it is something you can sometimes logically explain.
There have been miracles that till today science hasn't found explanations for.
