Masses don't drive or ride on roads, flyover and bridges? Or the busses and cars that the masses drive to work or to transport their goods and services are banned from the roads and bridges in Kano?

The fact that this man is massively building all over the state means members of the masses are hired as construction workers, they are getting paid to feed their families and even food vendors and so on are all making money and paying taxes that eventually recycle within the state's economy.

Infrastructure spending creates jobs for the masses and attracts investments because when you are constantly building and spending money, you are helping the economy and the masses, you are also making money and attracting investors and investments, this is why Kano is doing great and able to build and why your own poor states can not do anything or build anything per the same standard and level like Kano state.

What are they doing for the masses in your own state? Nothing you can show or talk about, nothing, they have to leave and seek their daily bread in places like Kano and other parts of Nigeria.

I just wonder why you people don't look in the mirror to see your own backwardness and precarious situations.

Despite big population, kano is a state with small budget.
Their internally generated revenue is really small.

Kano state government is the most performing governor presently in Nigeria. Its unfortunate that sanwolu still not wake up in his sleep.
Meanwhile some idiot from that potopoto land will still call this man gadoller or whatever. While their governors moving money out of the country and building empire in oyinbo land. This particular tribe are the unfortunate of leadership in Nigeria.
after saying all these, itll therefore be great foolishness to assume that atiku wouldnt have been a better presidents than what we have presently!

The best thing to do when you come across posts that have 'no sense' is to just ignore. That shows that you're the opposite of what you're talking about. Nigerian government is bad but Nigerian populace are quick to insult anyone who says what they don't reason with. You see why Nigeria is the way it is?

This is what they celebrate in their village, useless governors sharing kerosene, wheelbarrow and cement bowl.

They are bitter and sad over flyover in Kano, but they are celebrating and shouting amaka over dusty and dirty uncompleted village road..

How sad..

grin grin grin

So flyovers are now synonymous with economic vision? SMH

A state that has an over 80% poverty rate, the highest number of out-of-school children in the country, and classified as educationally disadvantaged, but the CROOKED Governor is building flyovers for Okada and gullible Nigerians are canonizing him.

>
you speak like there in sense in what you said but none because you fail to give a tangible alternative option to what the governor is doing than out of school children you are saying which 70% of it l comes from parents or do you want Ganduje to be disbursing free money for his state citizens as a way of eradicating poverty in his state ? Yet you may be among those that wanted to kill Osinbajo with your words of insults when he was disbursing Trader money market then? Most of you only know how to dish out condemnation theoretically but failing to come out with a specific, sensible ,constructive and reasonable ideas .

What is benefits of flyovers! in a state where there is a poverty, lack of job opportunities to the youth and inadequate educational facilities etc!

So, the governor should have just embezzled all the money like your state governor.

Bill Gates and other economic experts have said it that our people are our greatest resources. He said we should focus on manpower development.

Flyovers are good. But not at the expense of human capital development.

The only problem is that that money could as well be embezzled instead of being used for flyovers.

Kudos to the governor sha.

It has a lot of benefits especially in the future. When there is free movement and good road network, it will attract investment and businesses will grow.

Is there any state in the South East that can withstand Kano?

Roads and Infrastructure are one of the best ways to rapidly open up a city.

The funny thing is that road construction isn't expensive, but because our Govt is corrupt and inflating the prices. peter Obi avoided the normal protocol in order to achieve this, Umahi is doing it.

I can remember back then, that there was massive road constitution in Sullivan's era, he made roads into areas yet to develop, & it added serious value to the city & the cost of land multiplied, as well as skill transfer during the project going.

Someone in Government is giving Pan and wheel barrow as empowerment in an already clustered area. This is what micro finance should be doing, if he has vision, by developing new areas, from there new market will come & new people. How did Lagos reach this level they are in the economy of Nigeria. Apart from the Seaport giving them money. this is the main strategy.

Unfortunately for you, Governor Gnauje is not trying to buy your conscience and he's definitely interested in you or responsible for you, he's only responsibilities are the state of Kano and the people of Kano state.

Loans spent to build infrastructures, to speed up economic growth and easy movement of people, goods, and services anywhere is money well spent.

Infrastructure spending alleviates poverty because it employs people, it brings in development and investments and the fact that they are spending money on major infrastructures doesn't mean they are not spending on Agriculture because if they are not, they won't be a major agro state that I'm sure sends foodstuff for you to eat in your own state, it doesn't mean they are not spending on education and so on.

The fact is, some of you are always quick to tell other people what they should be doing with their time and money, but you don't know anything about other people's critical needs, you don't have any access to their developmental masterplan or any insight into their projected growth and what they came up with to get them where they need to be, they don't need your elementary reasonings or advise, Kano is doing great across the board, your own primary concern should be your own state with debt nothing to show.

If they do this, bad bele people like you will still show up to cry and wail that they should be doing that and when they do that, you will still show up that they should be doing this because whatever you care less about their development, you people just hate and display bad bele and tribalism and you hate the fact that Kano is doing better than your state.

Below is Ganduje spending on Agriculture so find something else to cry about.

Save your advice for your own state because they need it.

The way you people hate and give other people advice, one would think your states are Dubai and not the shitty holes where governors are commissioning borehole and wheelbarrow.

Agriculture: Gov Ganduje Purchases 50 Tractor For Farmers

Kano state government has released a grant of N132 million to the state branch of All Farmers Association, AFAN, to facilitate its Tractor lending programme, the state governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has disclosed.
The governor, who made this known in Kano on Wednesday, during the inauguration of 50 new tractors purchased under the programme, initiated by All Farmers Association, AFAN, Kano state chapter, said the Seed money was meant to motivate the association to succeed in minimizing the problem of mechanization in the state.

While you eat your wheelbarrow and 1 gallon of kerosene.

You have soo much to say about other people progressing, but nothing to say about your own useless and incompetent governors and their mediocre village governance.

In fact, how come you people hardly ever show us what your own governors are doing? You can not show us anything because they are useless and they can not perform more than borehole, dusty village roads, kerosene and wheelbarrow.
