I might have been a bit harsh, so let me not say poorly researched, let me just say that some of his articles, particularly those defending Obasanjo, irked me.

Prof. Raymond Akwule has more than 25 years of teaching, research, and project planning and implementation experience in the fields of telecommunications and information technology as well as Mass Communication and Media studies at George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia USA.



He is the author of Global Telecommunication: The Technology,Administration and policies (Butterworth-Heinemann). This book has been used as text in several major Universities in the USA and worldwide. He is also the author of numerous articles and conference presentation.

He was Director of Center for Telecommunications Information and Broadcasting, which later become the Center for Media Research and Telecommunications at the department of Communication, George Mason University. He was one of the founders of the MA Telecommunications programs at the same university.

Professor Akwule has advised many countries in the area of Media and communication and has spearheaded the design and implementation of several nation ICT networks as well as e-government, e-commerce and e-education programs in Africa.

He has served as a consultant/advisor to numerous governments, international organizations and international and national private sector companies. , including the following: UNDP, international telecommunications union, World Bank, UNECA, UNESCO, USAID, USTDA, Several African Government including South Africa and Nigeria, AT&T, Teledesic, Iridium, NITEL -Nigerian Telecommunications Ltd, NIPOST –Nigerian postal Services Ltd and the NCC –Nigerian Communications Commission.

Professor Akwule is currently the vice-chairman of Net post Nigeria Ltd, a public, private sector partnership designed to introduce internet protocol based electronic network into the Nigeria postal establishment, NIPOST.

Dr. Ferdinand Ofodile is a board certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Ofodile is a clinical professor of surgery at Columbia University, New York. He has been practicing plastic surgery for more than twenty years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and a Fellow of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He is also board certified in general surgery.

Dr. Ofodile received his Bachelor of Science (BS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) degrees at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois. He did his surgical training at Columbia Presbyterian and Harlem Hospitals, New York. He did a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Mayo Clinic.

Prof. Manny C Aniebonam is the National President of the Nigerian IT Professionals in the Americas (NITPA), a U.S- based organization of diverse Information Technology practitioners in the Diaspora. He is currently on the faculty of the George Washington University Computer Information Systems, Management Science Department, in Washington DC USA.
A graduate of the George Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Dr. Aniebonam’s background is deeply rooted in the Information Technology industry. Prior to pursuing a career in the academia, he had over fifteen years experience working in Fortune 100 companies as a systems developer, Database Administrator, Programmer/Analyst, IT Consultant and Project Manager, with expert knowledge of information systems development, implementation and support. Past organizational affiliations include the World Bank, Mobil Oil Corporation, Howard University, and the U.S Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory. His involvement with the IT industry developed him into a dynamic contributor in building of necessary bridges towards integral application of scholastic research findings to the development of neural systems, database applications and Information Management Systems. To this end, Dr. Aniebonam’s research interests include performance issues in distributed databases over Wide Area Networks, data warehousing, application of Information Systems methods to higher education, and ICT policy intervention towards bridging the global digital divide. Chidi Achebe - MD, MPH, MBA President & CEO

Dr. Chidi AchebeDr. Achebe completed undergraduate studies in natural sciences, history and philosophy at Bard College; received an MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health, his MD at Dartmouth Medical School and an MBA degree at Yale University's School of Management.

He also completed his residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX.

He has held the position of Medical Director at Whittier Street health center, Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine, and is currently the President and CEO of the Harvard St. Health Center.

Why dont you google him and let us see when he published a peer-reviewed article last. I was in a Nigerian forum sometime ago when someone took him to task on that and he was only talking about socio-political Nigerian issues published in Dawodu.com. That man is a mediocre. I do not need a PhD. There are about 3 billion or so people in the world, how many of those have PhDs? But if you must have it, then use it well. Bolaji is not doing so.
