Mrs Obiagelli Mazi, woman in viral video when the Borno Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum visited the school where she teaches by 6:30 am on Friday gets cash gift from group of concerned Nigerians as reward for her service.

This was made known by the Media Aide To Dep Governor Of Borno And Special Assistant to Governor Of Borno, Dogo M Shettima.
In his tweets, he said;

"I went to Miss Obiageri Mazi who was just promoted from class teacher to Assistant Headmistress by @GovBorno @ProfZulum as a result of her dedication and patriotism to service . I met her in respect of Donation of Money from group of concerned Nigerians as reward for her service.
"(2) Miss Obiageri Mazi will be receiving a cash of One Million Naira ( N1,000,000 ) from a concern Nigeria who made the donations after my Tweet on her alligience and dedication to the service and the reward of m Governor @ProfZulum
"(3) Miss Obiageri Mazi reward came to her not because of her tribal or religion differences but for her alligience and dedication to the service she took an oath for , which we call patriotism and honesty . May She be an avenue for others to change and be faithful and loyal."

Governor Zulum had during an outing 6:30 am on Friday to assess public institutions, encountered Mrs Obiagelli already at school, waiting for her pupils. The woman who hails from Abia state has been teaching for 31 years. Zulum met her at Shehu Sanda Kyarimi 2 Primary school under Jere local government education authority.

Overwhelmed by Mrs Obiagelli’s dedication, Governor Zulum commended and rewarded her with personal cash of N100,000 nearly three times her monthly salary of N35,000.
