An experienced female Executive Assistant between the age of 20 to 27 is needed for immediate employment at Agric, Ikorodu.

Criteria:

Preferred candidate must be very intelligent, smart and able to work with little or no supervision. She should have a good knowledge of computer and be quite social media savvy.

Experience with Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.

Candidate MUST be resident within Agric, Ikorodu & environs

Minimum Qualification: OND/ND/HND/BSC


Duties:
Filing, answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Managing databases and Prioritizing workloads.
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
Logging or processing bills or expenses.
Maintaining a clean and neat office environment.
Maintaining and Updating the company's digital assets.
Acting as a receptionist/secretary by meeting and greeting clients.
