Before I answer your question, He chose Israel, not blacks, even though Israel was and still is a black nation.

He did not come to redeem us so we can be lawless. The renewed covenant (which Christians wrongly call New Testament) is first for Israel to whom the covenant was given at Mt Sinai (Bantu: Sinaye).
