if God told two people to multiply and fill the earth, the only way that's possible is incest. They had only one command, but didn't fulfill it. It was okay then but had to stop because of the genetic implications over time. If you have a child with a close relative you are more likely to have a child carrying an abnormality as both of you most likely will have recessive genes for that particular abnormality, this is why incest is discouraged.
