My friend lost her phone, two days ago, still talking about the trauma of her stolen phone, a debit alert of 50,000 naira was made twice in her bank, this hardened criminal used her phone number to pop up her BVN number. She, been a very tight business woman she have so many customers all over the state, as am talking to you any money that enters her account by chance will be withdrawing by this criminal. Please help a lady any remedy please, or if there is anything that the government can do to secure BVN so that only the user have the access to it. Thank you.

Lol.

Nobody can steal money from your account with just your BVN!!!

If they are stealing money from her account, then there's chances she saved sensitive bank information on her phone, it's definitely not BVN.

There's a good chances the thieves are stealing money from her account using USSD banking and the solution to that is to block the phone number. She can easily do that by calling customer care of the network with another number.
