Not a fan of PDP but my personal position is the same as with Saraki's land issue in Ilorin. I support the position of the governor of Oyo State. When you are allocating government lands for selfish reasons, always remember that a Pharaoh would come that won't know Joseph. Your electoral mandate is to serve the people, not your family and personal interest.

Gov. Makinde should av it at d back of his mind non is SAINT in government, he should look b4 he leap so dat he will not regret his action at d end of it all.
Am not supporting Mr Constitutional Authority, bt Gov Makinde too will also account for his stewardship n questions of his actions in power wen times comes
This is a terribly wrong mindset.
The democratic process is self-cleansing. The main driver of that process is the need to encourage incumbents to appraise and audit the actions of the immediate past government. This is what benefits the people. When you ask someone in government to ignore the atrocities of the predecessor then you are creating an enabling environment for impunity which benefits those entrusted to rule and not the people.

Let's keep in mind that we, as individuals, are vital constituents in making democracy work, even if it's just with our utterances. Any step towards fighting impunity is a step in the right direction that's why it's important for Makinde in Oyo, the Kwara Governor, and even the President to take actions in that direction and when their successors come in, they should all have their actions scrutinized as well. Buhari can't go after everybody but when he leaves, his successor can check his books & go after those who are untouchables under him - gradually people will get the message that they won't go scot-free. That's how democracy evolves! It's not a one-day thing.
