Rotting to the ground won't change history

Rather, it standing in ruins is a reminder of our mistakes and the consequences of repeating them

Exactly

NIGERIA is a mere geographical expression.

I would have said I pray where his soul is is worse than that but I have a rethink.

The guy may have had good intention not knowing how stupid the people he is amalgamating is. America's strength is in their unity but unfortunately blacks will always have one way or the other being black.

Its unfortunate.

Am sorry but there was no good intentions in play. He was just doing what's good for his country.

This is where Nigeria was made a power to reckon with in Africa and the world.

The foundation of her power and strength.

God bless Lord Lugard.

The great disservice to the black race was committed here. How do you merge people of no common sense of belonging together? Culturally diverse, religiously diverse, economically diverse, climatically diverse and you expect water to mix with kerosene! It's impossible naa

Hmmmm...
How are we sure that's the actual building

Any way Nigeria don't really value such things, if it's in developed country that place will be turn to tourist attraction and will be fetching little money into government pocket.

But sincerely bros Lugard no try ooo

That would be when the citizens are happy of being together. Here in Nigeria, every other (most)part of the country just hate, despised being together with northern Nigeria.
So why should they value a place that brings regret and sorrow to them?

His only intention was to amass wealth for the British empire. Ease of trade for the benefit of Britain and nothing else

Which power? May you not die in your stupidity. Even the oyinbo knew that it was a grave mistake to merge the circumcised with the uncircumcised. The amalgamation is borne out of making governance easy and cheap for the colonial master. How I wish they separated it before we had independence, all these nonsense journeys tighter been together for 50 years wouldn't have been so...
May the Lord separate the tares from the wheat in Jesus name

U are all placing the blame in the wrong quarters
