I have just been awarded a contract of #4,000,000 but the fund I have can not be enough to execute it as this is the first time I'm getting a big contract like this.

I'm hereby calling on potential investors who can invest in this contract and get paid after the completion of the contract. Payment is usually 3-4weeks after contract execution and bill submitted
