It's in their DNA, refusal to go to school. They are all waiting for power tomorrow. Ask each of them, they will tell you they will be the president of this country even without certificate. If you know you know.

Banning without alternative

majamajic:

Sorry , which alternative ?

Give some of these beggers free education, they will still come back begging

In lekki, begging is a very lucrative business, u need see their directors when they come in the evening to collect for the day , most of them do sign 5 yrs begging deals, after that u gain freedom

I appreciate your logic, but education should be for trainable minds.

Those in their 50s, 60s or sooo layed back beyond educational repairs should have alternatives.

what happens to skill acquisitions, what happens to bringing them into Agro-value-chain , what happens to teaching them construction related skills. All this will not take them to the 4walls of the classrooms.

The collapse of Agriculture, Textile industry coupled with insurgency and voter card motivated birth is killing the north.

Effort in futility

You can't ban Almajiri in Kano u can only reform it.
Some of these Almajiri are from other States like Kebbi, kastina, Sokoto etc.

The only way to ban Almajiri is to order parent to stop giving birth to high number of children, they should only giv birth to number of children they can carter for.
But alas north won't allow that, cos giving birth to few number of children means low vote during election.

Just because to control political power north has destroyed itself with nonsense high birth rate.

If Kano can ban street begging then all other States should follow suit cus Kano is a home of street begging.

This is the kinds positive chnages we want all over our nation.

Slow and steady we will get to a New and better Nigeria.

Nigeria will be great again in our lifetime.

God bless Kano State.

God bless Nigeria.

nameo:
A great news about Nigeria, finally.
And a really important one for that matter.
This makes me really happy.
Praying for those kids and the North
We always love people that appreciate good things and criticize bad things when they see it.

Not a set of losers who want criminals back in power and continue to wail and cry 24/7 all about negativity in life.
They are known as children of hate, perdition and frustration.
That's why they will always be stagnant.
They never see anything good in life.
Blind followers.

Instead of coming together as sane youths to criticize adequately, they have turned it to annoying political jabs, filled with hatred, curses and tribal/religion shenanigans.
What a shame!
Even those of us that sent Jona back to Otuoke
appreciated some few positive things during his 6 years of cluelessness.

Nameo, God bless you.
And that happiness will never depart from your life.
Nigeria will be great again.

nameo:

NOTE: This is not an endorsement of Ganduje in ANY way. The man is a thief and is a travesty he is still Gov.
But that a state as significant as Kano bans the terrible Almajiri system is EXTREMELY important. Am just happy for the kids
Seconded once again.
One of the law we have to come together and abolish in our nation is the power of immunity that the evil party bestowed on us before they left.
It has done more harm than good.
The same thing Fayose enjoyed that he was able to steal more funds from the citizens he govern.

We are very sure that you didn't vote for PMB during the last election and very very certain that you did not vote for a world recognized thief also.
When people like you talk,
the people should respect your words and listen so that we can all work together and go forward to a better country.
Not the charlatans who clamoured for impunity, looting and pilfering of our national treasury.
Those who support fraudsters and all evil against Nigeria.
The enemies of the state.
Those who voted for a thief!
For those evil haters, they will continue to be ignored or giving the necessary knocks and foolishness they bring to @ and other
sane Nigerians door.

We Rise.
Stay blessed man.

What alternative is better than Education?
Don't tell me he should feed them using tax payers monies....

Or is it the governor that impregnated the women?

One way to discourage uncontrolled birthing is to make sure everyone is educated.

These northerners will just seat down, breeding terrorists like flies.
Then send them to the street to beg, causing nuisance everywhere.

These northern people have not seen anything.

Political power can only take them so far. Later they will start destroying themselves. Boko Haram is just a fragments of the possibility of illiteracy.

They should continue fighting for political power at the expense of their people
