It isn't funny. This development means that the virus is mutating and they're not telling us about it.

At least they r not exhibiting Nonchallance towards d infection of Covid-19 worldwide....They are taking measures so as to stop or avoid re-infections from foreigners. If their citizens dt r already infected will eventually b cured or something, they will certainly be and if it's other way round, they will face it alone without an external body's involvement.

OP if they tell you what it has cost them and what it is still costing them, you will agree with them that they should not let travelers bring it back. No other country on the planet can do what China did to safe herself and the rest of the World. My respect to them big time.

regardless of what they have done, the disease is still spreading like wildfire...in my honest opinion, China didn't do enough.... their initial denial is what lead to this epidemic in the first place. Just saying
