Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ogun state

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers; prepare and analyze budgets; perform general bookkeeping.
- Responsible for billing activities, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable and recovery is vital.
- Advising on compliance with legislation and guidance.
- Monitor income and expenditure in relation to the budget, and produce monthly reports for the Director and management.
- Keep all accounts and prepare income and expenditure reports in accordance with the financial regulations and prepare accounts for submission to the auditors.
- Completing monthly reconciliations and reporting banking errors.
- Be responsible for all elements of cash handling including collections and disbursements.
- Be responsible for the completion of the payroll, responsible for ensuring the placement of orders is processed, scrutinize and attend to the payment of all invoices and statements of account.
- Co-ordinate and maintain a list of approved contractors and suppliers to ensure the best value.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification
- BSc/HND/OND/NCE in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field.
- 1 year in Accounting & Finance Jobs.
- Good knowledge of Accounting Softwares/Applications.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; Effective verbal and listening communication skills and Strong People management skills
- Should reside in Ota, Ogun State or surrounding areas (Ijaye, meran, abule egba, etc.)

Salary: Negotiable.
