This is good comic refllief and Nigerians need it much. Such politics, where a broke "nobody" can rise from the grassroot and emerge victorious in election is not possible in this part of the world. Our politics is money politics, you must have more than enough to settle the godfathers and "king makers" to settle the party cheifs and the "people". Finally there must be money to settle thugs, buy votes and purchase the seat of power. Such is the politics in Nigeria. So when that governor does any project, he feels he's doing a favour. After all he paid through his nose to get there. He must recoup hisbinvestment 1 Like |
