it is very unusual to see a Judge in any sphere controlling traffic on the road but Monica Dongban-Mensem is an exception. Ever since she lost her son through a hit and run situation, she has decided to take the time to correct the menace on the road with the little she can.

Monica Dongba-Mensem is an appeal court Judge and who will probably also become an appellate judicial president soon.

She seeks to educate drivers on the rules because most of them do not understand. Although up to this point she has no knowledge of the person who killed her son.

The Judicial judge has spent the 8 years so far controlling traffic in Abuja. Not just controlling traffic situations in Abuja she also educates drivers at her regular visits to motor parks.

Apart from ensuring the free flow of vehicles in the nation’s capital, she also visits motor parks to educate drivers.

Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem exemplary act has taught us a lot of lessons. She indeed did not let the pain of losing her son cloud her head by being wicked to different person but took it and used it to better the world filled with so much misery.
