Someone close to me is having this issue, imagine the landlord wants to collect agency fee when he is the direct contact for the room available.. Pls can this be reported to lagos state government coz its unfair CotenantNig |

Mymynd4u: No in fact most landlords now collect everything when an agent is not available.. I remember speaking with a landlady direct and she wanted me to pay for agreement ,commission etc to her directly |
