I've been collecting loan from access back since last year which they deduct their interest and other minor changes and was always debited in a month time.
subsequently I always applied for a fresh load once I'm cleared of the old one. last week Friday I requested for for a loan and I was credited and the required interest deducted but to my surprise I was debited this afternoon just a week I collected the loan.
please my fellow nairalander suggest to me what to do or is there anyone experiencing the same issue

Juat let it slide as i learnt it was a general issue... That is fraud though because it means you had to pay the interest you ought to pay for a month's loan in a week!!!

Let's assume this was a system error... If it happens again, then there goes a way to make money via legal battle
