Dear Sir,

Kindly put structures in place to ease the stress your graduates go through in the name of certificate and transcripts collection at your headquarters in Abuja. To the best of my knowledge, CERTIFICATE AND TRANSCRIPTS COLLECTION IS ONLY DONE AT THE ABUJA HEADQUARTERS FOR NOW. I stand to be corrected, anyway.

I believe your educational institution is an ICT compliant one. The security situation and road safety issues in this country at the moment doesn't allow for traveling all the way from Lagos or any other location to Abuja just to attend a convocation ceremony that would last for just some few hours.

The convocation ceremony can be transmitted live from your headquarters in Abuja to study centres in other parts of the country. The event would then be anchored by your authorized representative in each of the study centres. At the end of the process, every graduand gets his or her certificate without any stress.

In case you are constrained from implementing this idea by funding issues, you can approach the major telcos in the country for sponsorship. They bring in their gadgets, set it up in the various study centres, transmit the convocation live and at the same time, you give them the opportunity to promote their services, all at no cost to your organization. It's a win win situation. You can also set up exhibition booths for one or two major companies. The revenue generated will then be used to settle the event planning issues.

I do hope that this simple but novel recommendations would be swiftly looked into, in order to ease the pains of your alumni who have to expend scarce resources on traveling to Abuja for their transcripts and certificate.

Yours faithfully,

Concerned Nigerian.

mistarsam convocation ceremony isn't compulsory, if you can't meet up then stay at home. There is nothing special about ceremony since you can collect your result at a later day

Certificate and transcripts collection is only possible at Abuja right now. Even, the probability of getting the certificate same day is less than 50%. I STAND TO BE CORRECTED
