SALES EXECUTIVE (PREFORMS & CAPS) -- Ascentech - Lagos

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Survey the market territory with an aim to know who potential buyers are of preforms and Closures
Locating potential customers and convert them through sales pitch and presentation to generate sales order.
Make daily field visit report
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Inform on new Size of preform launch and price update information to the customer’s on a regular basis.
Embark on Market visits to discuss sales related information with customers.
Interact and follow-up with customers to collect their orders either on phone or during customers' visits in the office for all Preforms and Caps product range.
Processing sales order and invoice with accounts.
Co-ordinate with stores for supplies to customers.
Ensuring payment is received to back up any sales order and liaising with the point of shipment for effective stock deliveries.
Check all the cash customers’ payments with the account before billing.
Follow up on all the credit customers with their credit days.
Ensuring collections of money with our credit customers.
Monthly prepare sales reports or achievements on preforms and caps.
Meeting monthly budget.
Sales data analysis.
