That means you cannot randomly breathe it in, but it also means the standard surgical mask you see people wearing will not help. Those masks are designed to keep droplets in—not to keep them out—and are intended to keep the wearer from getting others sick.

“The one time you would want a mask is if you’re sick and you have to leave the house,” Dr. Perencevich said. “If you have the flu or think you have COVID, that’s when you’d put on a mask to protect others. In your house, if you feel like you’re sick, you should wear a mask to protect your family members.”

I went to a pharmacy and saw the attendants wearing face masks. I enquired the price and was told it's N130... I quizzed further to know if it's the carton or pack and they responded that the price was for just one.... Imagine! They told me before the Corona ish that it was sold for just N10....

Just this morning when I went to the park I saw somebody sending a waybil in cartons... When the driver asked for the content inside the cartons, he was told they were face masks....
