All these laws won't work until INEC officials get higher punishment in any election malpractice. If INEC couldn't do their job well in the case of imo and bayelsa elections, not only the political parties should bear the brunt. But inec knows it can fail in its responsibility and they don't get any punishment like candidates and political parties get, we won't get it right. Laws should be made that if an election fails credibility test due to inec failure, those working with inec or those who conducted that election should be sacked.
