We don't need prayers in this country anymore.
"Prayer for Nigeria in Distress" has been going on everyday in all Roman Catholic meetings since I was in JSS1 and our school fees then was around 370 naira yet seen as very expensive then.

Today, students of the same school pay around 80,000 as school fees yet they are still reciting same prayer. Now they have composed another one.
Abeg e don do.

China fought Corona Virus headlong and have almost eliminated it such that their new cases are ranking the lowest to about 44 from high numbers of about 5,000 to 15,000 daily infections from January through middle of February.

They are now even trying to restrict other countries from bringing it back to them. They didn't pray.

I think that prayer is unlikely to help from the deadly and rapidly spreading virus, but you need to believe that everything will be fine, and that it will all be over soon.
