Some of the biggest breaks in this life and in business have come from comeback from failures.

YouTube was bought for over $65 Billion by google some years back. Its success came from a failure.
YouTube was meant to be a video dating service, its tagline was tune in, hook up. Using it the way it is today was pivoting from what many would term as a failure.

*Do you know Slack?*
Today, slack is one of the biggest professional chat and messaging services applications. Its success came from a failure.
Slack was a pivot from the failure of a popular and strange video game called glitch. The game was focused on socialisation and exploration. The game became popular but was not profitable. The founders decided to invest more in a part of it that worked, and that’s what became slack today.

Do you know Groupon? It failed at what it was meant to do, be a website from which people railed for social and charitable causes. Do you know Yelp? Shopify? They were all failures, now major businesses.

*What is this all about?*

Failure is not final if you don’t allow it to be. Success is usually a product of failure that never quit. Those who are most guaranteed to fail, are those who leave no chances for success by giving up and not even trying. Mistakes are amazing ways to discover what doesn’t work, and exciting ways to find out what works.

If you have not failed in anything recently, it is because you have not tried enough. If you are not making mistakes, it may mean you are also not making much progress. If you have failed in something in the past, it’s time to review it, and find a better way to do it again, or better still pivot.

I am currently involved in a business where in 3 months I’m able to do more than 100% return on my investments. I am able to do this part time, and still be able to get a few other things done.
