My bricklayer keep complaining of underpayment despite agreeing on a price initially. We had an agreement to raise it from foundation to lintel and I paid him. Now he is complaining and wanting more. I want to know if i am not fair or he is trying to exploit me. I bought 2,700 blocks and close to 100 cements + different sands. How much do u think is ideal for me to pay him? The location is between Ibafo and Asese, Ogun state. Thank you.

I faced the same issue. He must finish the contract first. Then you can apply daily pay which you should be able to monitor the level of work done. If not you will be cheated. 1 Like |
