Hello. Nairalanders, Help resolve this phone issue.. I'm an IT xpert, I have a phone I received from a customer, a Tekno Spark youth 2.. The customer's problem was she can't open or register Facebook on the phone...I attempt trouble shooting...but every time I tried, I always end with up getting an error code, I uninstall and install. Same thing. Later I discover the phone has a removable battery.. I was surprised, because the phone is 8.0. Upon Google research I discover the phone should have been a built-in battery.. IT EXPERTS,pls reason with me, what could be the problem..and what is the solution... |
