Here in Europe a Major of a City will commission roads and multiple billions euro projects daily without any noise and party. A governor will partner with foreign & local investors to build multinational industries no noise.
In Nigeria a governor will spend huge amount of money and organise heavy party just to commission a project less than 1 million €. And the local citizens will stay off duty just to celebrate a governor for performing his Duties.
