Her Trade Support is a special programme that addresses the special needs of the Woman Entrepreneur, to provide actual and potential required skills, supporting rural women, feeding families, networking traders of similar businesses for likeable growth and give the Nigerian woman the required confidence to take on new markets in other to grow the national economy.

The overall objective of this programme is to support the economic and social recovery of the nation by improving and supporting trader businesses.
Her Trade Support programme also supports trade unions financially and other wise through capacity building and infrastructural provision, new skills and business networks, it also helps entrepreneurs build and increase your competitiveness in various markets national and internationally.

Participants developed new product lines, revised products to meet foreign standards and tastes and increase their sales.
Her Trade Supports Programme is organized by Trade Nigeria in partnership with Ministry of Trade and Investment to offer quality services and improvement in the quality of the trade support they can offer.
Her Trade Support has helped women realize their economic potential and thereby contributed concretely to poverty reduction and improved standards of living.

With renewed assistance from the Government, emphasis and help is projected towards priority sectors where women are prominent such as leather, handicraft and textiles/fabrics, horticulture, agriculture, coffee, petty trades and services in order to unlock women’s potential to boost economic growth.

This programme also strengthens their negotiations with buyers, and to prepare for trade missions and trade fairs.
Commitment has been foremost to ensure the most promising and innovative products and services are proudly featured and recognized nationally and if need be internationally where possible.

Interested participants are offered the opportunity to participate in trade fairs or join specialized trade missions. These are initiatives led by Trade Nigeria Organization.
