What he said was just simple logic, America yearly defence budget is about $2 trillion, Russia defence budget is about $1 trillion, etc. The developed countries are more interested in defence spending on the latest weaponry than the latest technologies to solve health problems! Most of the top scientists are all working for defence tech companies.
