My dear nairaland brothers and sisters,

I am writing on behalf of my brother; Paul Chekwube Ikegbunam, who is down with "Kidney failure". Paul has always been a wonderful, hardworking, resourceful and passionate young man, whom like every other ambitious youngster aspires for success and greatness but all these are been threatened by this severe ailment.
The whole thing started early last year (February, 2019) and he has been on dialysis(3 times every week) and occasionally, surgeries in line with relocation/adjustment of the artificial vein inserted in his body for easy process. He receives treatment at Aster, Canadian and Iranian hospitals, Dubai and Sharjah.
The cost of these process is on the high side as his health insurance doesn't cover them all.
Several specialists and health professionals including his most recent doctors have all advised that the only remedy to this is "Transplant" and can be perfectly carried out in India.

All estimates in regards to this has been carried out and whole cost is "One hundred and twenty one thousand drihams" that is "Thirty three thousand dollars" (121,000 Dhs/33,000 USD/#11,880,000) excluding the travelling expenses.

My brother (Paul) has been in the intensive care unit for some days now and he is seriously struggling for survival; every activities (including his job) has been put on hold.
My fellow brethren, I sincerely solicit for financial support (to enable us fly him to India for the transplant) as the whole cost, budgets and expenses are beyond the family's capability.

My nairaland brothers and sisters, please let us save Paul's life.

Thank you and God bless you all.
