So I was passing by this petrol station in my area and I noticed they’ve complied with the new pump price. A couple of days ago I still bought fuel there at N145

I suspected the close proximity of the department of petroleum resources to our area compelled their prompt compliance cos many petrol stations are still forming jet-li.

How e be for your side?? Or the virus didnt allow you guys notice?

Yes my area started selling at the new pump price on Saturday..

When I was traveling on Friday (last week) the pump price at many gas stations was #125 but I'm surprised that by Sunday, the pump prices had been changed to #140 even within FCT.

PPPRA needs to swing into action and begin to lock down all gas stations taking advantage of the situation

As far as I know, many problems in Nigeria are brought about by our fellow brothers. Bloody opportunists!

Unless DPR go out there and monitor compliance, loads of those fuel marketers will be reluctant to adjust their pump price downward so they can indulge in profiteering.

In Nigeria whatever has gone up cannot come down again instead it keeps goin up. The Marketers are protesting that the FG hasn't paid them their subsidy. They claim to increase the price self..
