NB: From 1999 till date, our budget has been more padded as corruption evolves per administration

Obasanjo Administration: Did so well in Employment creation(Govt agencies and incentives for private sectors development), infrastructural development.
Yaradua Administration: Good economic policies and political stability
Jonathan: Entertainment industry development.
Buhari: Cant really say for now, Cant see any major sector development

I don't know about anyother region but SouthWest with Lagos - Ibadan express road getting reconstructed, Ibadan - Ife road getting reconstructed, Oyo Ogbomosho road receiving attention, Standrd Train Service now working connecting 3 out of 6 south west state..
