Earlier announcement:
14 new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: 2 in FCT, 12 in Lagos

Of the 14, 6 were detected on a [naval] vessel, 3 are returning travellers into Nigeria & 1 is close contact of a confirmed case

As at 8:35 pm 26th March, there are

65 confirmed cases
3 discharged
1 death

We noticed an error in our update at 8:35pm

Correction below

14 new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: 1 in FCT, 1 in Bauchi and 12 in Lagos

Of the 14, 6 were detected on a vessel, 3 are returning travellers into Nigeria & 2 are close contacts of confirmed cases.

As at 8:35 pm 26th March, there are

65 confirmed cases
3 discharged
1 death

It's funny when I hear people saying corona virus is for the high and might.

Remember, the high political class could get expensive and adequate treatment but you the common man, the nurses and doctors will give you a mat to sleep on. That is if they don't turn you back home with your corona

The NCDC is correct, these are confirmed cases. The problem is that we have hundreds to thousands unconfirmed cases in the street.
