Mister, better don't waste your time.

With your score, you should be looking for poly or any agric course.

Your score will not get you a science course, talkless of an engineering course, you are now mentioning Elect/elect... Smh.

Yes you can, we are in Nigeria. But kindly change your institution to a state university if you are capable and not a federal university. Also we have few federal university from the north that would admit you with ease.. Best of Luck.
