Chief it's a contemporary modern design .. some parts are raised by two blocks above the rest. Thanks

Can a plan be modified to include a games room for a pool table and another for gymn equipment

You don’t need upto 8m for that if you fully supervise the project yourself and didn’t contract out.I did 3 rooms down and self contain up with 7.6m

You don't need to do this sir. Not everyone has too much time to supervise projects by themselves. Besides, this is someone business and idea.

If you want to save up money supervise your project yourself if you are too busy and want to throwaway money then you can hire a site engine
