President Muhammadu Buhari will broadcast to the nation on Sunday evening, his spokesman has said.

The broadcast, scheduled for 7pm, will be on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), according to Femi Adesina.

He asked all television, radio and other electronic media outlets to hook up to the networks.

-Severe restriction of intrastate movements, except those on essential duties.
-Designated zones or areas in each ward,if possible where food items can be purchased or that any ward that has a food market would remain open,while those without would have an area so designated such that no resident has more than a walking distance to get consumables.
-Cash or other palliatives for all Nigerians with an identifiable ID,eg,voters card or national ID.
-Massive relief for all companies,industries and most especially small or one man businesses.
-Massive creation of testing sites,at least 1 per LG if possible or at worst 1 or 2 per senatorial zone.
Anything he says beyond these is bunkum.
