Are Nigerians really daft? Why should a Governor impose a lockdown and stop even inter state movement? Why not they invoke the quarantine act so they can have the power to declare a lockdown and also provide medical and food for the people. What they are doing is unconstitutional. Where is our voices? 1 Like 1 Share |
