BAKERY SUPERVISOR

We are a new state of the art bakery located within Lagos State.

We seek to employ the services of a suitably qualified and experienced professional as a Bakery Supervisor.
This is a management position and the primary responsibility will be supervising the commercial baking process from start to finish.

The preferred candidate must be degree/HND qualified in Food Science and Technology or a related Science discipline.

He/She must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience within the baking industry in general and the bread segment in particular.
Please note that at least two of these years must have been in a Supervisory/Managerial role where day to day decision making was required.

We welcome candidates from all over the country and may be willing to consider a temporary accommodation arrangement for the successful candidate relocating from another city. Professionals who have held similar roles in commercial bakeries of a corporate nature located in Abuja and especially Lagos will however have some advantage.

The remuneration is very attractive and competitive. Supervisory/Managerial level candidates who can provide evidence of earning at least 1.2 Million Naira per annum in a prior engagement will be given prior consideration.

These guys are very serious minded business people.

They cannot invest in tens of Millions and then hire trainees.

Their first hirelings will naturally be highly qualified and experienced personnel to reduce the incidence of trial by error.

Please do not bother applying if you do not meet the criterion.

They are more inclined to negotiate a higher salary than hire unqualified persons.
