Hello.
I am quite new in this section. I have a question to ask and i would like members who are seasoned programmers/webmasters to guide me through with their experience.

I am not a programmer. But i have an idea of a website that could possibly bring millions, if designed properly. I do not have the time to learn coding, how do i make sure whoever i would put in charge of the design would not steal my intellectual property. Or dupe me. When he sees the potential it holds.

Get whomever you're going to discuss your idea with to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with a sound lawyer drawing this up for you.
