The reality is that Nigerian will have to be forced to change. The impoverish Nigerian and the middle clash enabled corruption and incompetence leadership, they are willing partners in the selection of corrupt government officials. Poverty and ignorance cannot be used as an excuse.

The mindset will never change until it is forced to change. Nigeria were willing participants in the selling of slaves until they were forced to stop by the British. Nigerian will continue looting until there nothing to sell. COVID-19 and low oil price might be a blessing as Nigeria will face the reality that their government is helpless and hopeless.

Let us hope it doesnt come to that because everyone will lose someone close to them. That is how devastating that process will be.

"Topic of discussion "In whose administration was it built; Obj's, Jonathan's or Buhari's?"

Agboriotejoye:

That won't be wrong too. It's just like a house built with mortgage. It doesn't become yours until you've fully amortised.
What makes dis more true is China is providing 85% of the funding which means paying it back will outlast dis current admin. So till it's fully paid, it's Chinese built. Argue with Zambia

Okay, so now that it is not possible to downplay the rail line, the agreement was suddenly signed by St. Jonathan. Okay o.
