Always living in a fool's paradise...

This disease is everywhere and has affected thousands of Nigerians already without knowing..

Few People will die
And people will look for a way to explain their death and not link it to corona...
Maybe because of fear or political reasons..

How did I know all this..
I personally beat this virus
Only God knows why it isn't lethal in this part of the globe..

How do you beat it.

Personally, I also have the feeling that i beat this virus. I am no stranger to flu, cough and catarrh. This time it felt different. It eventually went with my normal doses of Agbo. With garlic and ginger drink 2 times daily.

No scientific evidence, research are still ongoing regarding the novel Coronavirus. Anybody that tells you that is simply assuming. There are 3 types of coronavirus and Covid 19 is the newest and that's why it's called novel.

1. Severe acute respiratory syndrome - SARs
2. Middle East respiratory syndrome - MERs
3. Novel coronavirus - Covid 19

I am asking these questions because we can never know where the brightest ideas will come from. So far all we know are just the same little bits coming from Asian & Western researchers.

Considering that SARS emerged 17 years ago already, shouldn't we have been modelling what the next outbreak could look like? So that even if not quite it, we would have specialised in quickly designing such vaccines?

Because scientists are only just using Covid-19 genome decoded by the Chinese to try design a vaccine.
Infectious diseases are largely diseases of the poor South. So the West dedicate far less resources to it. An eminent researcher told me 20 years ago. In response to why topical diseases get so little funding.

Nigerians like fake news.. Especially if it is bad news that paints the government bad... This government may not be the best, but to derive joy in bad news that malign the country as a whole shows how myopic some people can be. If heaven falls, it falls on us all.. Peace!!

Not really Nigerians fault, cause there are some people in charge of spreading rumours cause they earn a living from it.

Well, not all young people living a healthy lifestyle are healthy. Considering that up to 5% may succumb, the unhealthy that live healthily become important. Some have motor neuron, auto-immune and other conditions. Asthma, Cystic fibrosis and Sickle cell disease are common in young people in some places.

A child of 13 who had psoriasis died of Covid-19 in Spain. One would suspect that he probably used immune-suppressing drugs to treat it.

If by chance one has antibodies against a somewhat similar virus, and the body starts to attack covid, but sadly the pattern is not close enough to attack it effectively, the immune system could go into overdrive trying to do the job. It then affect vital organs in possibly in unsustainable and lethal way.

impressive.... I can see u av educated urself well.... kudos.

but my bro, it's d general human body system however we still need to av d samples from Africa. d fact is becoming obvious Africa would not test, experiment cos we are poor, and luckily d virus is not attacking us

observations from Europe medical experts says young ppl with healthy lifestyle may not show symptoms or av mild symptoms but still be carriers and infectious

recovery is similar to cases of fever lessening cos it's an immune issue and it repairs itself. but if a vaccine or cure is found it will kill d virus without d immune fighting it.

Vaccine doesn't kill a virus, your immune system does

Vaccine only trigger the lymphocytes (the immune cells) to fight a particular virus, hence the reason the weaker version of the virus is also injected into the body together with the vaccine

It's actually omole phase 2 as opposed to phase 1 and i heard the news yesterday. Apparently the chairman of the estate made a broadcast that a corona virus patient died in the estate. But it's yet to be ascertained whether the person indeed had corona virus or not.

They have investigated and debunked the news.

Let's just be careful

Drink hot tea every day it will help the lungs

Wash your hands with soup intervals

Sanitise your hands always

Use your face mask and glove during meetings of two or more people.

This too shall pass in jesus name.

Stay safe.

They have investigated and debunked the news.

What was the nature of their investigation?
The only genuine investigation would be to conduct a postmortem covid-19 test on the patient' corpse, but I didn't read about them doing that.

As it stands now, neither side has enough evidence to win the case, and either side could be the winner.
The case is still undecided.
Nigeria is a funny jungle!

Competition of bloggers. One blogger disclaiming the report of another blogger.

These bloggers need to be shut down during this period. The government should let only reputable media houses handle the coverage.
I tire o my brada
Investigation depth is very shallow.. Didn't wait for NCDC response, didn't get to the hospital at all, asked very few residents, yet gave a "verdict"

Corona virus victims are mainly or kill quicker the old.

Those with sickness before contacting the disease usually die quickly

Question: was the woman old?

Question: did she have a history of sickness?

I wont say more than May her soul RIP

Are you planning to have it? Better stop living in fear. Do the right thing, eat well, use masks and gloves when necessary, and you will be fine.

I don't have any experience with it. Few days before the lockdown, I ran off to my House in the village. I am safe here and will remain here till there is a cure.

Stay safe wherever you are Bro.

It is lethal everywhere. Its mutating and a whole lot of is still very unknown about the virus. Let's pray we don't get a spike in the no of death. We are trying as far as isolation is concerned, but we need to do a rigorous testing to know the extent it has spread in the country. May God help us.

The woman died in Olowora after a protracted illness. It happened right behind our estate. Omole 2. See screen shot Olowora is very very close to Omole, though outside the estate. Neigbours suspected it might have been Covid-19 related but it turned out it was not. She has been sick for 2 years or so. However, NCDC fumigated the entire compound.
