Well, China have since moved on and left US and most of Europe scrambling for leftover medicals from the world most populated country.
Chinese doctors are now in US and Europe, and to be sincere, that was the initial plan. The US will definitely want to fight back after this but first, she will respect China and be less than excited to roll out sanctions

They haven't moved on but they are under reporting. Their media is controlled by the government

Yes, media being controlled by the government is just a common feature in communist countries, but at least, they have opened their major cities previously on lockdown and are sending leftover medical personnels and equipments countries in need, including US and thats a big leap from the China of January and February
