Note that these figures are rough estimation and very certain the remaining who can conveniently afford a good car are much less than 40 million, infact the last 5 years has drastically reduced the figure.

The 200 million people population count would make sense if we're talking about businesses that sell food items or other commodities, not cars even airlines won't be stupid to do their calculation with 200 million people
