Hello, if you can make call using Nigerian network on the phone, factory reset or full flash should fix the problem. But, if you can't make calls on the phone, your phone may be network locked.

Hi and good morning great geniuses.

Please I need someone to walk me through the process of removing the Trojan Malware can came preinstalled with my Leagoo T5c .

It lags the phone too many times and makes it look as though I'm using a 500mb RAM phone.

This is a 3GB and 32gb phone.

Your contributions will be greatly appreciated.

Good day to the gurus in the house n every one else, plz I need y'all help.

My Gionee M6 Mirror has been giving me a problem for a while now. It automatically goes back on anything am doing even when I didn't touch d phone to go back.

I had flashed the phone twice both as a factory reset n hard reset (i.e pressing the power n volume button) still the same thing happens. I even updated the phone's OS version and it still happens. I even removed the glass phone screen I had thinking that was where the problem is but no change.

So please what can I do to stop this so that the phone can operate effectively and well. Thank you for your time.

Flash another ROM suited for your phone. I use the S7E and I prefer Oreo to Nougat. There's an in built app that even allows for dual apps

I need help with my S8+ which has suddenly stopped charging.
It doesn't charge with either cable or wireless so it's not the charging port.
It shows "charging" when plugged in but the battery depletes rather than going up.

Let me know if you can help. Thanks.

Don't dare attempt that otherwise ur fone is gone. U can only install g935u or any alphabet aside from ur previous model if you know what u r doing only. But me see you are not an engineer.

Take the fone to engineer let them downgrade back to ver 7.0 thankGod u are on U2. Which us available everywhere.
