May the good Lord use the remembrance of today to forgive me for supporting the candidacy of this man in 2015 (even though I didn't vote for him). I actually campaigned for GEJ too then in 2011 o, but because of the disappointment I got from him before I started routing for this one not knowing it's from frying pan to fire. And my wife warned me that time o. chai!

Anyway, taking a cue from Arsene Wenger (who was always seeing positive in each of his team's woeful performances), the positive in this whole saga is that the man has finally being demystified. If we didn't allow him to get there it would have looked like we lost the Messiah that could have saved Nigeria.

President Deby knows how to play up propaganda. The recent operation of the Chadian Army was all within Chadian territory. They never crossed over into Nigerian territory so all these talks of holding territory within the Nigerian space is nonsense.

How is it possible that air support is never called when Boko Haram are retreating from every attack? Or is it that they are called but the don't reply in real time? Something smells fishy here.

A military officer said ISWAP fighters in nine technicals – pickup trucks fitted with machine guns – attacked Forward Operation Base Gajigana around 6 p.m., engaging troops in a gun battle.

The insurgents were subdued with the support of the fighter jet which destroyed six trucks and captured two others, the officer said.

On Thursday the military showed journalists the seized vehicles during a tour of the base in Gajigana – also spelled Gajiganna – an AFP reporter at the event said.

Fleeing residents were caught up in the bombing, residents said on condition of anonymity over fears for their personal safety.

“We lost 13 people in the bombardment as many people tried to escape the fighting between the insurgents and troops,” a resident said. “Many people were injured in the attack.”

The military jet was deployed around 7:30 p.m. to support troops in the base who were trying to fight off the militants, residents said.

“What I can assure you is that the Nigerian Air Force responded to provide close air support to our troops that were under attack by the Boko Haram terrorists and everything that was done was in coordination with the army,” Daramola said.

The Chadian clown is delusional, he's nervous because we are not responding to his propaganda and silly game.

He's mad because he can not hustle PMB like he used to hustle Jona for ransom and BH protection money.

Chad is not holding an inch of the Nigerian terirory, his charade fight against BH is right there inside Chad, not inside Nigeria.

He withdrew from the joint regional security forces and left Nigeria, Cameroon and Niger to fight BH because he reached am agreement with BH with the understanding that BH won't attack him and his country. He looked the other way while BH set up camps in his country, he didn't stop BH from sending weapons and fighters into Nigeria, but something changed and BH attacked and killed 92 of his men.

So, to save face, he went after BH with propaganda nd staged BH weapons and 5 killed BH on the ground.

The fact his, he didn't just found out about BH camps and bunkers on his soil, he knew all along the location of all the BH camps in his country and never shared that info with Nigeria, he knew exactly where to go to look for BH . BH just wasn't sitting there waiting. He knew their location all along.

Same thing I have been trying to tell some of my friends who are suddenly praise-singing a key terrorist sponsor like Deby. The same bastard that scammed about 22 million dollars from the FG during President Jonathan's administration under the guise of negotiating a peace treaty with Boko Haram.

I always ask them how come Deby and his troops found so many BH camps in Chad and they did nothing about them all these while? While our soldiers are staking their lives daily keeping our borders safe, Boko Haram launches surprise attacks and then retreat deep into Chadian territory where Deby gives them a safe haven.

Same Deby that has shown an uncooperative attitude towards the MJTNF arrangement with Nigeria, Cameroon and Niger, suddenly wakes up one day to launch attacks on Boko Haram after losing men, and claims he killed 1000 Boko Haram. When we ask him to show pictures of the "1000 dead boko haram", he shows pictures of about 3 dead boko Haram and a video of him surrounded by his lieutenants talking kak and Nigerians are foolishly hailing him.

Time exposes all things. The truth will come out soon.
